Notice of Upcoming Summerside 88 Street Tree Removal and Replacement

Dear Summerside Residents,

The City of Edmonton’s Urban Forestry Department has scheduled the removal of 118 trees in Summerside over the coming weeks. These trees on 88 Street SW have been identified as either dead or in significant decline. Please refer to the attached map for details on the affected trees.

Following the removals, these sites will be assessed for replanting as part of the City’s Tree Replacement Program. It is anticipated that 115 trees will be replaced, pending clearance from underground utilities.
