This program focuses on the fundamental skills of soccer: throw–in, kicking, dribbling, and goalie skills. Children are taught to apply soccer skills successfully and confidently in soccer games. Each child will receive a Sportball  Jersey and a ball.

Classes start off with warm-ups and quick skills refreshers before getting right into sport-specific gameplay. Coaches act as referees, teaching skills through league-style games and a few key drills. Each child will receive a Sportball soccer Jersey and a ball.

When followed truthfully and from the heart, Karate can become a lifestyle, which positively affects everything around us. You'll see an increase in self-confidence, coordination, ability to focus, general awareness, moderation, respect for others, and more appreciation for world values. Beginners simply learn, while the advanced polish their skills. Students need to purchase their uniforms online or from the instructor for about $50, but a uniform is not required to start. Personal protective equipment (helmet, shin protectors, and gloves) costs about $120 and is required starting with the second term. Occasionally, there might be additional costs for other equipment, belt gradings, or participation in related events (T-shirts, tournaments, inviting an advanced instructor, camps, etc). As applicable, students/parents must check with their doctor or medical clinic if medical conditions would prevent moderate to intense physical activities prior to attending classes and if allowed to participate, the instructor needs to be informed about any such medical conditions. Everyone is invited to give it a try, come join us for a great experience

Our student Little Veterinarians will learn what it is to be feline specialists as they understand the uniqueness of cat patients. They will practice doing a tip to tail cat health assessments, assess a cat’s body condition score, understand cat body language, learn about cat anatomy, about their domestic life and how to have a calmer cat. Students will be receiving their own Little
Veterinarian School plush cat and lightweight white coats to keep, learn about new medical words and envision careers in veterinary medicine.

Join us for a magical experience of relaxing into the ancient healing of the power of sacred sound waves cleansing and replenishing every nerve and cell within. We will open our heart with a cup of sacred cacao, energetically, cacao is a powerful plant medicine that allows us to see and experience life from the frequency of the heart. If there is something just underneath the surface, cacao may open your ability to access it. After drinking cacao, we will drop into a Sound Bath. Separately, cacao and sound are incredibly healing medicines. Together, they co-create deeply somatic insights and experiences that heal on all levels -- physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. A variety of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Rain sticks, Tibetan Singing bowls, Chimes and more healing instruments will be used. The Cacao used in ceremony is allergens safe.
