ALL Ice Surfaces TEMPORARILY CLOSED & YELLOW Flag Update

Attention Residents!

Prepare for a burst of warmth heading your way this weekend! In order to maintain our lake ice surfaces at their best, ALL SKATING ICE SURFACES will be CLOSED TEMPORARILY starting today, February 24, 2024. But fret not – we’re keeping a close watch on the rinks, and once cooler temperatures return, we’ll be back in full swing! Keep an eye on our website for updates using our flag system – YELLOW flags indicate a potential elevated risk on the lake. We strongly advise checking our website for any updates on heightened risk and exercising caution during lake activities.

The good news is that the lake is perfectly safe for foot traffic and ice fishing. Be vigilant for any significant cracks or water on the ice, especially with the warmer temperatures. If you notice water seeping from a crack, exit promptly and alert us immediately!
