Join us for a spine-tingling Halloween-themed painting night! Guided by ghostly whispers, create your own eerie masterpiece. Enjoy an evening of spooky creativity with friends and family, painting a hauntingly beautiful piece of art that will awaken your soul. Get step-by-step instructions to guide you in creating your own masterpiece. After all, anyone can paint! All materials are supplied plus guided instructions and techniques to create a masterpiece you take home at the end of the night. All supplies will be provided – canvas, paints, brushes 

Let's kick off the holiday season with some crafting fun! Christmas, a time filled with family and friends, gift giving and cheer. Who doesn't love receiving cards in the mail with well wishes and heartfelt sentiments at this time of year? Join Carmen, for a hands on class to create your own handmade cards to send to loved ones. In the class, you will create 6 cards (3 designs, 2 of each) using Stampin' Up! products. Everything needed will be supplied to create the projects with the exception of adhesive.

Please bring your own adhesive (2 sided tape runners work best) Various types of adhesive will be available to purchase at the class if you don't have your own

 Each participant will make: 6 cards using different papers.  All materials needed will be supplied.

Join us for a magical experience of relaxing into the ancient healing of the power of sacred sound waves cleansing and replenishing every nerve and cell within. We will open our heart with a cup of sacred cacao, energetically, cacao is a powerful plant medicine that allows us to see and experience life from the frequency of the heart. If there is something just underneath the surface, cacao may open your ability to access it. After drinking cacao, we will drop into a Sound Bath. Separately, cacao and sound are incredibly healing medicines. Together, they co-create deeply somatic insights and experiences that heal on all levels -- physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. A variety of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Rain sticks, Tibetan Singing bowls, Chimes and more healing instruments will be used. The Cacao used in ceremony is allergens safe.

The session is 1 hr. Long

Passionate about Yoga & Wellness, Isabel Fry, a certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher as well as Reiki healer, started her Company Breathe Retreats in 2016. It was created out of a realization that there was a need for a safe space for people to be themselves, to accept and love themselves, as well as to support and help each other grow and thrive. Creating this safe space for everyone and encouraging them to be their most authentic selves has become Isabel’s mission and passion.
