Yomosa is the perfect start to your Saturday morning as you will refresh, revitalize, and set the intentions for the week. This yoga class is intended for all experience levels and body types, even first-timers. your registration includes a 60 min Slow Flow Yoga class followed by one refreshing mimosa.

When followed truthfully and from the heart, Karate can become a lifestyle, which positively affects everything around us. You'll see an increase in self-confidence, coordination, ability to focus, general awareness, moderation, respect for others, and more appreciation for world values. Beginners simply learn, while the advanced polish their skills. Students need to purchase their uniforms online or from the instructor for about $50, but a uniform is not required to start. Personal protective equipment (helmet, shin protectors, and gloves) costs about $120 and is required starting with the second term. Occasionally, there might be additional costs for other equipment, belt gradings, or participation in related events (T-shirts, tournaments, inviting an advanced instructor, camps, etc). As applicable, students/parents must check with their doctor or medical clinic if medical conditions would prevent moderate to intense physical activities prior to attending classes and if allowed to participate, the instructor needs to be informed about any such medical conditions. Everyone is invited to give it a try, come join us for a great experience

You will be guided through an active flow allowing us to increase blood flow, strength, stamina, and flexibility, then we will soften into a gentle practice holding a pose to allow our body and mind to relax and unwind, ending with a guided meditation. All levels are welcome.

We offer Individual Private Lessons, Semi-Private Lessons for participants of all skill levels. Enjoy the benefit of 1 on 1 instruction on the ice and improve on specific skills or work your way into a group lesson. Beginners start at any age 5 and up. Seniors welcome. This is a great way to learn to skate and it's all in your own backyard! Please dress for the weather. A CSA-approved hockey helmet or winter sport helmet is mandatory for all participants. Please arrive and be ready at least 10 min prior to your start time. Cancellations: 24 hours notification is required otherwise members will be charged for the lesson time. Please note in the event of cold/warm weather lessons will be canceled at -25 degrees with the wind chill and rescheduled.

The Mat Pilates exercises are based on the resistance provided by your body's weight and gravity, and the workout is performed on the ground using an exercise mat.
