You and your child from birth to age three are invited to join us for songs, rhymes, and signs! This inclusive class is offered in collaboration with the Edmonton Early Intervention Program, parents/caregivers will interact one-on-one with their children while learning strategies to engage their child and enhance their child’s communication and development through repetition, visuals, and movement. Register once for your family to reserve a spot.

Enjoy delightful stories, songs, books, rhymes, fingerplays, and more, especially for babies. Cuddle with your baby and connect with other caregivers. Ages up to 12 months.

Get those wishlists ready and write your letter to Santa! Kids of all ages can now write a letter to Santa and drop it in his special mailbox located at the Summerside Beach Club!

Drop off your letter – or email them in to programs@lakesummerside.ca  and they’ll be on their way to the North Pole courtesy of the SSRA! Remember to include a return address!

If you're emailing your letters, please send to events@lakesummerside.ca (along with your name and address) and we'll print it and send it off to the North Pole. In order to get a reply by Christmas, letters are to be mailed no later than December 1, 2023. At that time, Santa and his elves will take time to reply to all of your letters.

It’s always a great night at the Beach Club! As the sun sets a little earlier, we invite you and your family to join us for a delightful evening of roasting hotdogs and s’mores. Our Bonfire will light up Thursday nights at the fire pit in the Jellybean (concrete pad). We’ll provide the hotdogs and s’mores—you just bring the smiles! Roasting sticks will be available, so make sure to save room for dessert!

The Social Seniors Drop-in is a program just for seniors. Join us for coffee, conversation and games. This is great way to meet fellow residents in an informal, casual setting and an enjoyable way to stay in touch.

Math Zone is fun events featuring a number of games that engage both students and parents, and are designed to take place within K-6 elementary schools to help forge strong relationships with the community.

What are Math Nights?

• 3-Hour events hosted jointly by Mathnasium of Summerside for K-6 grade students in elementary schools

• Involve families in a fun, enjoyable shared math experience

• Turn-key: Mathnasium provides all games and materials for easy execution

• Empower kids of all backgrounds to pursue a love of math and STEM education

• Help kids explore math at their own levels through games and activities Registration is required.
